You’re just a few clicks away from finding your other super

Simply enter your details below, so we know it’s you, before we start searching for your other super.

By clicking the SEARCH NOW button below, you consent to Mercy Super using your Tax File Number (TFN) to search the Australian Tax Office (ATO) for your other super accounts. Once we’ve verified your details, we’ll send a six digit PIN to the mobile number we have on file for you. You’ll need to enter this PIN for security purposes.

Any super money held by the ATO on your behalf (known as ‘Lost Super’) will be automatically transferred to your Mercy Super account. If we find any other super accounts we will list these and you can decide if you’d like to transfer them into your Mercy Super account.

Things to think about

By consolidating your super you’ll probably pay less fees and be on your way to making the most of your super. Be sure to check first if any exit fees from your other funds apply or if you’ll lose any benefits, such as insurance cover, before you transfer your account.

How will we find your other super?

We’ll use SuperMatch2, an electronic search facility provided by the ATO to reunite members with their other super accounts and transfer some types of super monies held by the ATO, for example, lost member accounts recorded on the ATO’s Lost Members Register.
